I read quite a bit of Oregon State's response, which happened to Echo some of the responses I've seen in this forum. I generally don't read legalese but on this one I felt like I should make some popcorn and pop a beer since it was so entertaining! Thank you Mr Farley!

I've posted the Pac 12/MWC court docs on my substack (billfarley.substack.com). Admittedly one side of the story, but it appears the MWC wanted a marriage or a sugar daddy and the Pac 12 just wanted to see them on weekends and could not keep supporting the MWC's lifestyle. I've asked for the admission docs from the new Pac 12 schools. Given the litigation, I am guessing they will be held from the public for some time.

I can't see any way that the Pac12 could take the bottom half of the MWC if there was ever any motivation to be taken seriously. |
