I'm thinking this could be our deepest team in several years. They seem to be able to sub out players. Maybe not the most talented, yet, we'll see as these kids get a little older.

Unfortunately scoring droughts are a trademark of Beavs basketball. Probably because scoring droughts are a trademark of most teams at some point in a game. OSU’s real issue is that they really just don’t score a lot of points. |

I bet Troy shoots 25 3 pt attempts or more. If they hit 33% it will be a game all game. Not sure the point of this post?! Games are always a game all game. If you're talking a "close" game throughout, 25 three attempts is not a lot in today's game. And, 8 makes, 24 points off threes isn't really a game changing stat. Since it's early (VERY) in the season and 3pt attempts are a product of both philosophy & situations hard to say much about a team. Plus as of now there are 148 teams that have taken more 3pt attempts per game. |
