ObituaryFollowed Bob Blackburn as "Voice of the Beavers." OSU has had only 4 lead radio broadcasting voices since the mid-50’s. Bob Blackburn, Art Eckman, Darrell Aune and Mike Parker. 3 of those 4 grew up in Oregon and Aune was from eastern Washington. We’ve been blessed as beaver radio listeners to enjoy such an uninterrupted series of outstanding broadcasters (even when the games may not have been “outstanding”). Read Art’s linked obituary.
