What are the odds we can get the home town boy, Talanoa Hufanga, to commit to the beavs? I know a lot can happen in 2 years (he would be a 2018 recruit), but it sure would be nice to get the CV player to OSU. Most people think he will be a 5 star recruit (already 4) by the end of this year. Is he the best (or at least highest rated) Corvallis Recruit.... ever? Was Isaac a 5 star?

That would be awesome, he's having an unbelievable year. 8 TDs last week vs Corvallis. Of course his HC is a Beav, brother was a walk-on Beav.. his position coach played for ducks. He certainly knows all about us and has spent plenty of time around the team and GA, that's for sure. Really good kid and great family.
At this rate, by this time next year, he'll have about 30 offers. Crossing my fingers that we're in the mix.

If your son was a five star would you advise him to go to Oregon State? Be honest now!

Depends who OSU's coach is at the time.... Well, say it is our current coach. What would advise your son? Say it was still MR. What would you advise your son? Whatever school you would suggest, make sure he uses the correct logo...wouldn't want the school he is interested in to think he wasn't.

I typically see him on Saturday mornings - I'll definitely remind him about logo usage if I run into him this weekend. #IfYouSeeSomethingSaySomething

Talanoa will be an unofficial visitor this weekend for the Cal game. As well as Marco Brewer (OL) from CHS and a couple of other 2018 targets. 5-6 official visitors this weekend too.
