Legacy recruit? I played club-league basketball with his dad in about 1990 - 1992. I may still have bruises to prove it. I thought Barry (the dad) played football at Portland State and maybe even some training camp time with an NFL team.

Charles Naone…played DE for the beavers in the early 1980’s. Baron might be a DE also eventually.

Charles Naone…played DE for the beavers in the early 1980’s. Baron might be a DE also eventually. Yes... he is not in the mold of what OSU/JS seems to like in a very Mobile, taller TE. He's not overly quick for a D1 DE, but could easily hold 30+ lbs and be a very agile DT. But, OSU training table and conditioning is far better than what he does now at WL. |
