Some really special arms coming in. Probably 2/3 or more through the interview.

The 2017 team, with a collective ERA of 1.93 and the 2013 team with starters by the names of Boyd, Frye, Wetzler and Moore are the reference point of a loaded pitching staff.

Ha...as a matter of fact he did make one error in 2013 and two in 2014. He had a horrible throw to home in the 9th or 10th inning of Super Regional Game 1 vs. Kansas State, overthrow the catcher on a sure 1-2-3 DP situation and KSU scored a bunch of runs to win the game. .

Just listened to Dorman's interview, for people who haven't listened.
Laif Palmer sitting at 94, looking very good. Really wanted to come to school. One of many newcomers fans will be fired up about. Laif will be a superstar. Overall, the hitters having a tougher time this year compared to last.
JUCO transfer Bridger Holmes, funky arm slot, 90-91 mph fastball, plus slider. Possible vital bullpen piece.
Realignment is a challenge, not for our culture, but from outsiders, other coaches using this as a recruiting tool. But overall, nothing is going to change. Wade Meckler didn't get to the bigs in 400 days because of the Pac 12, he got there because of the culture and how guys get better coming here. None of the guys are worried about the conference future. Home of the 3x national champions, that won't change no matter what conference we're in.
Aiden May up to 96 mph. Good talent, good person.
Returning pitchers. Aiden Jimenez, Cape Cod all star, Nelson Keljo, guys with big arms, they have a higher margin of error with missing location. A lot of big arms coming in. Freshman Drew Talavs up to 96. Freshman Erik Segura up to 94. Freshman Matthew Morrell, super athlete up to 94. Transfer Kyle Scott also up to 93. Joey Mundt coming back is big, throws a slider every time, our guys still can't hit him.
Do these guys have good command? Yes. Not MLB dotting the pitches, but the command is very good. Kellen Oakes from LBCC, up to 94 mph with command too. Kevin Montgomery from Iowa Western, great changeup, up to 92 but had been throwing harder in the past. Has a Bugs easy shot changeup.
Says he hates walks and these guys have the same idea, get to a 1-2 count.
Offensively, 9 home runs in Bend against Gonzaga, Elijah Hainline fits in great, Tyce Peterson, Guerra, other guys putting together great at bats.
Anyway, there were a few more details, but that's the basics.

Oops. Yeah, Bugs easy shot. But maybe the other too. I figure it out. Evidently, you can’t type bu n n y, without it correcting to easy shot

I don’t think I have ever seen that much heat on a staff. Can’t wait for Surprise.
