One killer personal foul when they had Stanford stopped and they went on to score. Colorado is really falling victim to some serious lack of perspective. They had 1 win last year and are 4-3 with 5 games left. A rebuild to that level of success that fast is pretty impressive. They are going to be viewed as a laughing stick though because of their insane hype and unfounded belief.
On paper the transfers are intriguing but national contention isn't on paper. If they just did the work and stayed a bit humble they would be a template for struggling programs. Instead the meme of Deon riding the buffalo might last longer than this tes relevance.

Colorado did nothing to keep the clock going when it had a huge lead. When you're up that big, never snap until the play clock is under five seconds if the clock is moving, and never throw on first down. You keep bleeding 15-20 seconds of clock on every play and it adds up, Riley was a master of that.

With Colorado up 29-0, the probability of UC winning was, understandably, 99.8%, according to ESPN. But then their calculator got a little whacky at the end of the first OT. 100%? LOL.  |
