Pretty quiet. Or is he still working the back channels? Or is he working on it at all?

Pretty quiet. Or is he still working the back channels? Or is he working on it at all? In today’s media interview with President Murthy, Scott Barnes and the Wazzu Big Wigs, Barnes mentioned that they (The PAC-2) have hired a media consultant but they are not in any negotiations with any media group; pending the outcome of the lawsuit. I assume that is Oliver Luck. Maybe he is helping in other matters but most are contingency plans that can’t be acted upon until the lawsuit has been settled.

Pretty quiet. Or is he still working the back channels? Or is he working on it at all? Agree the silence is rather loud and concerning. Lack of rumor mill is also concerning. There were tons of rumors in the days/weeks before recent conference events (Colorado leaving/Apple disaster/UA-ASU To B12/UO-UW to B1G/Cal-Furd to ACC. Hearing/seeing zero on any wavelength.

There were tons of rumors in the days/weeks before recent conference events (Colorado leaving/Apple disaster/UA-ASU To B12/UO-UW to B1G/Cal-Furd to ACC. Hearing/seeing zero on any wavelength. The lack of rumors is driven by the lack of clarity on whether the rebuild can even continue. Why would anyone spend a lot of energy and $$ on expansion and a new media deal until that is clarified? I'd expect them to be staying in touch, but not negotiating at this point. Don't expect much until the legal questions are at least partially solved.
