Strange how Oregon legalizing self serve gas happened right when the P12 starting imploding... Coincidence, or is it the evils of self serve gas?  |

Ā š¤ Having grown up in OR, and then moved to a "self serve" state for over a decade, and then coming back, I can say pumping ur own is soooooo much better. It's so much faster......I have a hard time waiting for the attendant......it's painful. |

It's so much faster......I have a hard time waiting for the attendant......it's painful. I agree. It is one of the worst parts of coming back to Oregon, especially when you need gas and are in any kind of a hurry. (And if I am in Oregon, I always seem like I need to get somewhere five minutes ago.) |

The one thing I hate about self serv is the a$$hat who pulls into the pumps backwards and then runs inside the store for 20 minutes. It always seems to happen when I'm filling the truck (horse trailer attached) Pulling around isn't an option... |

It always seems to happen when I'm filling the truck (horse trailer attached) Pulling around isn't an option... Oh man, I lived in Utah for a couple years and the pumps at the Costco were a disaster. I gladly went a block away and paid a tiny bit more not to have to deal with it. Iām enjoying the mix of self and full service so far. |
