I'm not going to vet this article, but I have heard that Oregon State and Wazzu could be looking at $14-$15 million per year in a reformed Pac-12, even without California and Stanford. The numbers would probably be higher with California and Stanford.

I bet there are schools ready to join if there's a decent deal hiding out there, but Cal and Stanford need to be gone so OSU and WSU can "vote" whether or not to accept them. If we can't get a 2-0 unanimous vote between OSU and WSU, no wonder we've had trouble with 4/9/10 and 12 way votes.

With the two (?)remaining Pac12 teams having the access to the extra yearly revenue it could be more than OSU receives now depending on... what the legal eagles find in the SOPs and how they divvy up the money each year. It would be awesome!

There's no $170 million dollar deal. That was a tweet from OS_Beaver, who is an OSU fan boi who posts all sorts of nonsense that he wants to see happen. He was the one who posted about the "done deal" taking part of the AAC and MWC w/ Stanford and Cal sticking around. And last year he posted about the PAC-10 poaching Texas Tech and a few other schools. Might there be an Apple deal out there? I sure as hell hope so. But I wouldn't put any stock in OS_Beaver posting about it.

There is a possibility of a lot of things to happen. Doesn't mean they will happen. Everyone should find out soon what is really going to happen. Whether Apple has something to do with it, who knows. I hope so.

Since Twitter changed its name to the very imaginative X, is what used to be a tweet now called X rated content?
