Yeah once in a while, sure. But over the long term the type of athlete you're going to get is just not the same if you are playing Wyoming and San Jose State instead of Utah, TCU, Kansas State, etc.
I have no doubt we could be a fun little team like Boise State or San Diego State. But I dream of bigger things for OSU, foolish as that may be.
