what are the chances the start time is 7pm or later Pacific time? 9 or 10 pm at the visitors time zone?
Or do they end up getting the early afternoon slots such as 1pm PT? Translated also as West vs West will get the late starts...
I can't imagine the fans of the Big teams would be happy with a 9 or 10pm start...

Media will decide and fill their time slots as they see fit. If you're Rutgers, Maryland, etc get ready!

I don’t really think it matters much to the diehard Big Ten fan. They have to deal with late starts for bowl games or championship games anyway.

There will always be at least 1 7pm game for those 4 west coast teams. 2 of the teams will likely be on road and 2 are home. If it's a marquee game in PST, then expect it to move to the 4pm slot, otherwise night games will be the new normal for them. Now since ESPN has Big12 with no PST teams, that has a little more intrigue. To fill that late time slot, do they force Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or ASU to kickoff at 8pm local time.

Part of the reason that the Big Ten wanted UCLA and USC to start with was because they wanted to basically have two or three games on television for 13 hours straight. If you want to watch Big Ten football on a Saturday, the network is going to accommodate you.
