Wasn’t he convicted for being a perv? He was “unique.” I’d offer a RIP, but the perv question prevents me from doing so. If he was exonerated, tell me. I don’t give a sheeyit enough to “do my research.”

Wasn’t he convicted for being a perv? He was “unique.” I’d offer a RIP, but the perv question prevents me from doing so. If he was exonerated, tell me. I don’t give a sheeyit enough to “do my research.” Yeah...He had an issue...I think he was in some peep show and was rubbing one out and got caught... The joke was 'Pee Wee and it out with the police' I didn't post it as a RIP for the same reason...would be offensive to some...but hell everything is offensive to someone these days |

Exactly it happened at a freaking theater that showed porn what the heck did they think the patrons would be doing in there ... the local cops had him arrested and the news media blew the whole thing up making it sound as bad as if he were in a theater full of kids at a family movie doing that. I will say RIP his "Big Adventure" movie is still a classic and always loved watching "Pee Wee's Playhouse" back in the day. |

Maybe Reubens had the tape in order to gawk at Rob Lowe, not the 16 year old.... Nobody comes out and says that, but that seems to me to be the way of it. I do not know how Jeffrey Jones and Rob Lowe come out clean in the whole thing, though, and Reubens is the one who gets all the opprobrium. Maybe the second strike off the first indecent exposure charge? I do not know. The fact that he seems like a weird duck in real life, like he was on the screen seems very fitting. I find it weird, where people draw lines, especially when you have a host of LH defenders to the death. In the end, I was entertained by some of the things that Paul Reubens did professionally. His quirky personal life should not necessarily undermine the first sentence, but I can see how it might for other people. |
