Grenier retired more than three months ago. beaverphd scooped the story the day of in the "Beaver Bats in the Pros" page. The understanding is that he retired to become a chef.

in any case, good luck to him. I'll always remember Grenier as the spark plug for our 9th inning comeback vs Arkansas and Casey's last national championship.
