What a bunch of dummies. I thought you had to be smart to get into Northwestern?
There's the good-natured type of "hazing" like when NFL teams make rookies do a fashion show, or dress in drag for a joke one time, and then there's stuff like this where some idiots take things to extremes and then even the mildest forms of "hazing" become perceived as bullying.
I'm glad this dude is getting fired, and they need to suss out the assistants who were aware of this as well (I would suspect most or all).
