OK... "thumbs up" seemed weird at first, but for the posting of info I'd probably never run across until much later. YIKES!! Not a good look, and likely the end of a career for what was thought by most a very classy/talented coach(es). You effing have to wonder what goes thru some folks' minds. Do they really think sh&t like this is "OK"?? And, better yet that it will not leak out of their little "circle" of influence?? Of course I've also learned that all that is "quoted"/posted isn't necessarily the truth. But... |

A lot of that conduct sounds criminal to me, the kind that can make people register as a sex offender for quite a long time, if not life. Homo-erotic sexual assault. Who came up with that idea?

How in the hell does he still have a job? Leach was run out of Lubbock, (in Texas!), 20 or so years ago for much less.

Saw a kid put A Balm in his own jock in the 8th or 9th grade. He thought it might feel good. He was the last one on the floor so he had to run 5 laps. By lap 3 he was slowing down bigtime and by lap 4 he stopped at the drinking fountain and ran water down the inside front of his shorts. Then he started running really slowly all bent over and holding the front of his shorts out and away. The coach took one look at him and yelled "What's a matter____, Gotta hardon?". We all howled in laughter. It was 7th perriod and he got sent home and told to launder it. |

I can't say for the last couple years but before that the emerald (uo paper) was the best source for what was going with their athletic programs. They pulled no punches. Conversely, they supported the academic programs.
The sh*t going on at northwestern is truly disgusting. The entire staff needs to be fired and start with a fresh slate.

Just saw report that they are retaining assistants. I think we’ll be seeing some of them being fired or leaving before season starts. |

So, how many other schools is this happening at? I know if we had our former head coach I would be worried. It can't be only a one knock off outlier. Assistants and GA's and others in the program who have been around surely wouldn't have all accepted it unless it was somewhat common? There has to be a coaching tree for a guy who had been there that long, and coaching trees use their mentors teaching. Disturbing
