Would love to see it . Far enough away from me that it wouldn't cause me any trouble, and close enough that I could easily ride my bike to a game. Baseball seems like it works better in downtown/close-in areas. I always thought the space where the radio towers are East of 205 would be a great spot for a football stadium - although the MAX line doesn't currently quite make it there.

Lloyd Center Mall is basically dead...Some say use the property for affordable housing...Not sure how that works..do they tear down the mall and start from scratch or use the shell and concert to apartments, etc?

It's wild to me that it was sold to new owners who were planning to 'revitalize' in just 2021. New Owners Plan to 'Revitalize' Lloyd Center - 2021
Edit: they're still moving forward with plans, there's a business moving into one of the anchor locations (Marshalls) this summer that is doing sort of an outdoor-based camping education and activity place. link
