Check out his film. Don't know about his ball skills because they looked like pretty routine catches. But great speed, lateral quicks, acceleration. Looks about Irish's size, maybe smaller.

Either this guy is the sleeper of all sleepers or we are falling asleep. I'm trusting the coaches on this one. With covid there's a bunch of kids that lost a season or more as juniors/seniors and probably did not get the notice they'd normally get unless they were absolute studs as freshman or sophomores and not playing behind another prospect. Even coming into JC they could be buried on the depth chart for a year. He was a full qualifier and managed to get noticed. He's got decent height and good speed, and somehow I don't think our coaches are sooooo desperate they would sign absolutely anyone agreeable to come here just yet. So far this staff seems to have a decent talent for assessing talent or potential. I doubt that has suddenly changed. |

He's 6'0" or 5'11", that's decent height when compared to some we've had lately. I'd be thrilled with 6'3" and a 4.39 40, but I'm ok with his height and that same speed.

The roster shows Irish at 5'11". I just looked that up! I guess I was wrong as I sure didn’t think he looked that tall. Maybe they measure with helmet on. |
