The Good: Beavs land Exodus Ayers. Being recruited as a DB. He was a priority target for 2024.
The Bad: 2 New crystal balls for QB Dermaricus Davis to UW by Fong and Biggins. We saw this coming.

Looks like Ryland Jessee is next man up at QB.

Looking at film, Jessee looked like a solid prospect but didn't really see him as a talent upgrade over Gulbranson/Throckmorton. If we're losing out on guys like that maybe we just look for a talented walk on, like Montiel, and defer taking a schollie QB until next year?
Our passing game hasn't yet proven that we are a destination school for QBs, as we are with RBs. Maybe we have a better chance at trying to shoot the moon for QB talent if DJU has a big year.
