Overall I like the rule changes. You have to try things in order to make the sport better.
Wrestler #1 - Takedown 3 Escape 1
Wrestling #1 - Take down 3 Escape 1
Score tied 4-4
Old Rules: Score tied 3-3
I like the differential it creates between a takedown and penalties. You could still lose a match when you got the only takedown in the match. At least now, you win the match by 1 even with a riding time point against you.
Not being able to hook and sit on the ankle is good. Having to work for a turn is good. Sitting on an ankle and laying on a guy for 2 minutes was terrible this past season.
