Remember when some dumb *ucks hired a plane to loudly buzz the OSU graduation ceremonies in multiple passes over the crowd? The aircraft charter company caught hell from multiple OSU supporters and had to issue an embarrassing public apology (aka admission of stupidity).

All that aside, congrats to all newly minted OSU grads and commissioned ROTC officers.
