Did they even finish? Wouldn’t know from the ESPN coverage. Turrible. I hate that, but they always do it. Cut away to a meaningless shot of the winner walking around or all bent over, while the other places are up for grabs but the other finishers are not shown. And Stones and the analyst keep trying to talk over each other. Great job by K & G. Tough conditions considering they had no exposure to hit and humid before this weekend. The problem with the NCAA track meet is, nobody wants it except Texas or Oregon. Not even Drake or KU, which have great track histories. Have it in Texas, it's hot and humid and subject to weather delays. Have it here and the allergies really bother those not used to it, and it still can be cool and rainy. The pollen count was 1300 earlier this week, that's astronomical.

184-9 on her 2nd throw. Into 7th. 189-1 on 3rd throw. Moves into 6th. Nice to see her throwing very close to her career best. She qualifies for the final round, which I believe is 3 more throws for the top 10. UO’s van Klinken ha been on fire, breaking the meet record twice already. One throw to go. Jade hasn’t improved her mark and is now in 8th. Final throw. No better. She’ll finish 8th. Good showing. More points on the board for OSU

Jade takes 8th place (the 9th place has finished). Beavs score 6 points in the NCAA Championships!
She is a Sophomore and (Lord willing) she'll be back!

Maybe with the new SEC money, Texas can enclose and climate control Myers Stadium.
