Keljo gave up two bombs on Monday in 2/3 of an inning.(LSU likes fastballs BTW) The coaches didn't milk him on Sunday because he's young, wild, has limited off speed location, & usually throws around 20 pitches per outing. Dorman may or may not move on in the future, but you don't know jack s%#t about pitching. However, you're a great Beaver fan & I look forward to reading your baseball & football opinions in the future. Dang, if only Keljo was also free he could have been a Triumph song! Sadly, he only had 2/3 of the Magic Power in him. A Triump reference is worthy of post of the day. If you break out Aldo Nova I'll lose my s%#t

Hmmmm... I missed the so labeled "monsoon" Osu just played in? It was pretty hard to miss! A monsoon is not a cyclone/hurricane/typhoon, which may be tripping you up.

Funny no weather reports I saw labeled it anything other than a typical lightening/rain storms that pass thru regularly. Label as you please. But, if I'm mistaken every team in that regional was effected?

But, if I'm mistaken every team in that regional was effected? A monsoon is a seasonal rain- and thunderstorm. If the weather reports do not want to call them what they actually are, that is on them. Every other team plays within 120 miles of the Gulf of Mexico. Every team was effected, but it is quite clearly a matter of degree. Are you of the opinion that Oregon State is as used to playing in monsoon conditions in Louisiana and Texas as teams from Louisiana and Texas?

I think our players are pretty used to rain delays.

I think our players are pretty used to rain delays. I guess they need to hold regionals only in spots where teams are used to the weather they normally play in. How dumb of the ncaa! I wonder if the same logic/ excuse should apply to surface type? I mean if you're used to artificial...

Or maybe OSU simply lost to a better team? Oregon State went to the hardest place in the country to play, played through a monsoon, and still was only a run away. You keep saying 'a run away' but that is not true, we needed 2 runs to have a chance at winning. Even with 1 or 2 runs, LSU still had the bottom of the 9th and they had scored in 4 of the last 5 innings. While it was a close game, it was not as close as you keep repeating. I'm thinking 4 runs in the top of the 9th to make me feel good about our chances, 1 or 2 probably doesn't change the outcome.
