Too bad they are planning on the kitties winning - without it being LSU and the SEC bias, is the game back on ESPN+?

Game info on the Beaver site says ESPN2. Did it get moved to the main ESPN channel?

Really not a fan of the way they are managing the coverage. With at least 4 main ESPN channels, why can't one of them just be full time quad screen that they trot out every once in a while? They go to the trouble of producing all of the games. Why tuck them away out of sight? And that way we're not locked into watching whatever game they deem worthy of showing.

They make money on ESPN+, though. So they tuck 'em away for the Benjamins. Oregon State @ LSU is a big enough game, though, that they'll put it on ESPN2 and hope for a ratings haul.

I have appreciated ESPN+ (especially since I already had it and didn't even know it). To have all ESPN content in a single location is pretty cool for a tournament setting like this where you have so many games going. Their "Squeeze Play" feature where they show anywhere from 2- 6 games in split screen is also kind of nice, although it doesn't have the functionality of being able to hear the audio from just one and it doesn't give you the option to select one to see just that game.

ESPN 2 Wasn't very clear - a bit of a rhetorical question - what I meant was, if it was anyone other than the SEC/ LSU playing, would they have slotted us on ESPN+? Yes, I knew the game was on ESPN 2. May have nothing to do with it!

I don't know. Oregon State does really well on TV. The two teams and their history are on display. You have a matchup between the two teams who rank #1 and #2 in National Championships in the past 35 years. Bluest of the blue bloods playing in the same Regional. Each Oregon State @ Louisiana State game should be on National Television.

We might be getting a late start. The SH -- Tulane game is now in a weather delay.
