It's fall - sky is often completely clear and the blues are terrific. I think every PR taken by the local chambers of commerce has been taken in December and January. The sky is still clear and sometimes the snowline is down to about 5000 or 6000 feet on the San Gabriel and San Bernardino Mountains.
