He is not in Cooperstown due to his conduct while a player. His behavior since then hasn’t been contrite enough to warrant a repeal of that ban in my opinion. I thought his "transgression" occurred while managing not playing. Also, how does a company owned and controlled by Patriots owner Robert Craft be allowed to be invested in the sports betting app WAGR? Does that make it better? If Rose had been forthcoming and penitent, I think the country would have demanded his place in the HoF. I think it’s his attitude after being caught that sealed his fate. And do you think we ever got the full story? Why wouldn’t he have bet on games as a player if he was stupid enough to do so as a manager? Well, football seems to be much looser with its rules. Ask OJ. |

Ask OJ. Pete is an ass, but still should in. Schilling is another one that’s not liked, but should be in. And finally, Joe Jackson should be in. Banned because he knew about the fix, but never took a dime. |
