Yes he was a duck.
But he was a Pro FB Hall of Famer and Oregon resident (born in Ontario, lived in Junction City). Played when UO, OSU and WSU were exiled from the PCC and later starred in the NFL for the 49'ers where he played alongside OSU linebacker Skip Vanderbundt.
Played at uo just 2 seasons - 1962 and 1963. Was 1-1 vs OSU.
