I think that Walmart is choosing their Portland stores as well for the same reason. Crime there is out of control. Just another reason I never go to portland anymore.

Maybe PDX can convince them to leave their stock of tents in there and just toss some homeless inside the empty building. It has "facilities" and probably a better buy than some of their hotel conversions!! Effing BS... the hundreds of millions that go down the drain with no effect. But, of course what % actually makes it to the "streets"?? |
