Good start. We're 30-0 when scoring first? Wow. Oregon State is 16-4, when scoring first this season. Something is wrong with 30-0.

Well, somebody gets an framed shirt. Been a long time since they’ve given away anything.

Slow motion train wreck on that pickoff.

That was a bad call. He’s not out of the box until his foot touches out, which it did not.

2017 CWS flashback on that called third strike. I've never seen anything like that from an umpire. Street's strike zone in that 2017 game was that bad. Street was an umpire in the 2021 Fort Worth Regional, so I was "watching him like a hawk." I don't remember anything egregious which was pleasantly surprising, IIRC he was the home plate ump when we eliminated TCU. "I'm glad he got his eyes fixed or stopped taking payouts."

Frank Sylvester's zone in 2018 against North Carolina was pretty bad, too. I don't think that it was Street bad, but it was pretty bad. But it was consistent. Street's nebulous zone eliminated everything that Oregon State does right against LSU.

Loading ‘em up on 3 straight walks. No outs.
Good recovery. Got out of the inning giving up one run.

Loading ‘em up on 3 straight walks. No outs. Ferrer limits the damage to one run. Too bad he couldn't of fielded that grounder cleanly, it looked like an easy 1-2-3 double play. In fairness to him, he was falling to his left and had to reach his mitt back awkwardly.
