Arizona State 77 - USC 72. The Devils knock off the paper tiger Trojans and are off to the semifinals. Arizona State creates nine steals and turns them into 11 points, which is all the points that the Devils needed. Arizona State would have scored more in transition, but missed two layups and four free throws. The Devils are great, if you let them play schoolyard basketball. Arizona State is much more beatable, if you can force them to play halfcourt. Oregon State should be playing Arizona, not Arizona State.  |

Didn't help with the 2 obvious missed Goaltending calls. Thats a four point swing in a six point game. Instead of OSU being down 4-6 points in the last few minutes would have been either tied or 2 point game. Changes the way teams play at the end of the game. |
