He probably isn't celebrating much but 100 wins in 153 games is pretty great!
Took Casey 159 games but let's be real, the starting place was a bit rougher.

We were still in the Pac-10 North when Casey started in 1995, playing PSU and Gonzaga. Pac-10 was not completely consolidated until 1999.

I mean Casey took over a decent club with back to back 30 win seasons not a national juggernaut. But everyone graduated in 1994. 1994 was when almost all of the Richey's Market guys graduated. I think that the team only returned Hooker, Lovinger, and Schmidt and nobody else and there was no real recruiting class to speak of. And Casey still eked out a winning record. Starting in 1996, the team started to build for real.

Starting in 1996, the team started to build for real. Henry was just saying the schedule was much weaker back then, which is the truth.
