And Washington Way is open from 15th to 30th. It looks ready to go all the way out to 35th but it's still barricaded, I think they are working on the 35th/Washington intersection.

what do you suppose the pad in the lower left of the webcam is? webcam.oregonstate.edu/HCIC1Lots of foundation concrete done...Will they put in a concrete floor at some point?

Washington Way from 30th to 35th remains closed. This has to be one of the worst-managed/executed projects in school history. Well there is always the 'rebuilding of the men's basketball program' project...
