How in the f**k can you take a gun to another person knowing that they intend to use it to shoot/kill someone and it's not against the law? Hell he's not even going to lose his scholarship or place on the team. That is a totally screwed up system.

You cannot take a gun to another person, knowing that they intend to fire first at someone else. If those were the facts, he should be in prison. However, I believe that the facts are that he brought a gun to a man, who had been drinking oblivious as to why the other person wanted the gun. Unless there is additional evidence to the contrary, a DA can't do anything with that, and I doubt that anyone is all to keen to really press the issue, given how the voters would react. |
