Minn. out hitting up us 13 to 5. Looks like it is all up to R. Brown. Probably the best available guy for the job. Ferrer is the only guy on the current roster I trust more.

And of course the middle infield turns a double play to end the inning. The surest way to get an Oregon State player to nut up and make a play is to call 'em out.

More exciting than we would like but pressure makes diamonds. First win of the season and we got to see some decent pitching minus a bad inning.

The great seasons have all the kinds of wins. Now that we got ugly out of the way we can do the other ones.

Hunter up on Sun.? Maybe time for SS Development. Guerra? Macias? We should see Wilson at catcher atleast. Hunter is a tricky and reliable starter and I assume it's gonna be him. Lattery is probably starting game 4 since they only ran him for an inning in game 1. As for the rest...Turley, Forester and Bazana will be out there.

Hunter up on Sun.? Maybe time for SS Development. Guerra? Macias? You only play Guerra or Macias against UC Santa Barbara, if Dernedde's not the guy. I have to believe that Canham did enough work in the offseason to come to the conclusion that Dernedde's the guy. If we are playing someone else at short in game three, this has the makings of an absolutely awful season.
