Sitting at 4-11 in conference play with the "easiest" stretch of the conference schedule left, @wsu, @uw, uo, Stanford, and Cal. This team has shown flashes of being competitive and also flashes of being over-matched, particularly on the offensive side of the ball. All of these upcoming games are winnable, especially considering three of them are at home.
I didn't have high expectations this season but was hoping to see these guys play better at the end of the season and look like they were building something into next season with all the freshmen. I don't think anyone thought we'd be competing for a tournament bid this year and most of us knew this was a building year for 2024 or 2025. I would think a winning record in these last 5 games would show that we are on the right track. A split against the Washingtons, toss-up games against uo and Stanford, and hopefully a win against Cal makes 3-2 a good possibility, but also with potential for 4-1 or (hopefully not) 2-3 or 1-4.
What kind of record in these last few games would make you feel more confident in this team going into next season? And on that same note, for some of you would any sort of positive finish (hypothetically let's say they go 4-1) make you feel like this season was a success in any way?

I'd love to go 3-2 last 5 games but Stanford has improved and you have to give the ducks credit, they know how to bribe 5 star players to Eugene.
I'd be happy going 2-3 and meeting USC in the Pac12T, where we could take them out again (if the refs call a fair game like yesterday).

I said osu would win 12 at the start of the season. I think that osu with better shooting could exceed that. Baby steps...already 7 more wins than last year and counting.

Depends on how they do on this Washington trip. If they get a split, I can see 3-2. OSU has been good at home all season so no reason to think they can't go 2-1 vs Ucks, Stanford and Cal at home last 3 games.
