Aren't LHP kinda like a DT recruiting wise. Developed arms are going to be wanted by every top program and the MLB at the same time. The strategy to focus on quality over L/R is probably smart at the college level.

Your progeny will be welcome, as were Boyd, Heimlich and Hjerpe. As long as he can touch 100, break one off at 2,700 rpm, pull the string, locate everything in the zone and bleed Orange. Unrealistic? No, only the gifted can play here. Well, he is 7 years old and throws 45 mph. I'll keep you posted throughout the years. |

I'm big, my wife is 6'0" and her dad is 6'8"....lol I feel like I've derailed this thread now, and I am banning myself for and indeterminate amount of time |

Gotta get my son on that program. He wants to pitch in LL this year so we're working on the garage a bit haha His program is just being very big and very strong for his age. I'm big, my wife is 6'0" and her dad is 6'8"....lol I feel like I've derailed this thread now, and I am banning myself for and indeterminate amount of time Lol!!! My son is almost 7 and 4'4 now so pretty big. He doesn't have the giant genes but probably settles in 6'0-6'4. |
