Moving 15 miles south. Smith is where the beavers play the utes when in salt lake. Voted the most beautiful setting for baseball stadium in all of minor league baseball. Don’t see how it survives without a minor league club. Utes have been resistant to build their own facility, the one currently on campus is not up to Pac 12 standards

Not sure what their current plan is. |

Not sure what their current plan is. when I was over there for the football game, the talk was they are having trouble finding a piece of flat ground big enough for a ball field near campus. |

The Utes have been talking about moving on campus, since their 2016 Pac-12 Championship run. The Utes have been focused on finishing the renovations on the Utah Gymnastics Training Facility and Addition. That is supposed to conclude this Spring. After that, Utah may get serious about moving baseball on-campus.
