Finished with 21. Not sure what happened last year or whether he was part of the problem, but he will always get the benefit of the doubt from me for all the big shots he hit on the final 8 run. Go Lucash

He was actually one of the too few who WASN'T part of the locker room issues. He didn't make excuses to miss games or start fights w/ teammates.

I think he was the only one who played every game last season. Roman may have too but I think he missed a couple of games due to his knees if I remember correctly.

Silva missed the Princeton game with an injured knee. Silva had a three-week span, where he made no starts and missed the Princeton game. Silva was obviously hobbled for the first 11 games (basically up until Christmas). He played much better thereafter. And Silva was probably the second-healthiest of the original starters after Lucas. Bad luck last year.

BTW, I want USC and UCLA to win as many NCAA games as possible the next two years. The Pac-10/12 will keep the money from the units they earn, and they won't get anything from them. Yes, I am a small, petty and bitter old man.

The Pac-10/12 will keep the money from the units they earn, and they won't get anything from them. Yes, I am a small, petty and bitter old man. The wins guarantee an extra $338,887 up until the Championship Game. You can always cheer on an epic beatdown there without hurting Oregon State's bottom line. Rooting against UCLA and USC in the Tournament is like failing to fully take advantage of a severance package. Earn us money UCLA and USC! Then crash and burn!
