I haven't read any of those yet, but thanks for posting. I will be reading them. Here's my first question on the trip to the desert. How will the officials treat Raegan? Other than Oregon, this is the first real road test for the Beavs. Raegan is a physical player who uses her strength. I'll be curious to see if the officials are overly sensitive toward her physicality. Raegan hasn't had a lot of foul problems yet, and I'm hoping that continues, but wondering if road game officials will let her play without calling a lot of fouls.

I thought the refs vs Duke game took her out of the game. She managed her foul trouble ok, but she definitely had to ramp down her aggressiveness, and limited her effectiveness as a result. Duke clearly planned on amplifying her contact (i.e. flopping), and I expect more teams to try that approach as she becomes more of our offensive focal point.

The way the women's game is officiated I'm expecting many frustrating games where players are just throwing themselves into Beers and then flopping to get the call. You just know the Arizona schools will be using this tactic from the tip.

It could happen that Reagan gets targeted and that becomes the pac 12 playing politics and there should be no place for this I don't care who they are

They should make flopping a foul on the person flopping.

NHL calls it embellishing and it is a penalty on the player who does it. It really cut down on players flopping

I'm not worried about Beers being "targeted" by officials, but I don't think the officials are very good, either. Much too easily fooled by flopping and could be swayed by Beers' size and physical game. I think they often allow too much contact on Beers and Mit while not giving them the proper nod due to physical size/height, which to me points to lower level officiating in general.
