I was hoping the only team to man-handle the Beavs might also do the same against a strong Penn St team. Nope. Rising’s out and they’re toast.

Yep, with Rising out and 2 of their best defenders opting out, they’re toast. Clark Phillips III is one. Who is the other? Dalton Kincaid, Utah's leading receiver, also declared. Phillips had the first interception, and Kincaid caught the first Utah's first interception, which set up the first touchdown. Phillips scored the second touchdown by himself. Kincaid then caught the sixth touchdown. Utah is not Utah without Kincaid and Phillips. |

I know it’s not popular to say, but who the f%#* opts out of the Rose Bowl??? Utah. It would be hard to imagine one of the original Pac-10 having multiple opt-outs at the Rose Bowl. |
