LSU will most likely handle the Beavs this evening. But it's fortunate to have another December game against a top opponent. It will be interesting to see what kind of defensive strategy LSU uses against TVO, now that she has announced to the World that she is capable of such a phenomenal performance. I imagine that at least some of the LSU squad (and Mulkey) was there to see portions of it. It doesn't take genius to figure out how to deal with Talia. Double team her whenever she gets the ball. Nevada almost never did and then paid the price. Now the trouble is going to be whether anyone on the team is going to step up when LSU drops two people on Talia. Someone is going to be open and they need to score or it's going to be a looong game for the Beav's. |

The live stats site says 6pm, but that is probably Hawaii time. I say that because the Nevada - MSU Live Stats hasn't started and it's past the schedule of 4pm. Maybe we should stick with GMT  |
