Yeah the team result was lopsided but I'd say the individual matches were much more competitive than years past.
Whisenhunt went right at Roman Bravo Young and did a great job. RBY has won 39? in a row I think.
Belton lost a close one to #9 Bartlett.
Tolentino, Olguin and Harvey all wrestled tough IMO.
Future is bright!

I completely agree, many exciting competitive matches! The Penn State guys don't make many mistakes & do the little things that make a difference in a close match. That's why they've won 9 of the last 11 titles. Great for our guys to see how they measure up and they'll see they can hang with the big boys. |
