I'm driving out of the Valley of the Sun about 8:45 p.m. Hopefully, I get in about 1:00 a.m. Get a good 6-7 hours in and go the next morning. The whole moving up the game thing works in my schedule but just barely.

Tomorrow (Thursday) at 6:45pm out of Sacramento. It's much easier to get flights to these things now that I don't live in Portland. Staying at Excalibur.

Bleeda already here. Lol.
MGM Signature penthouse condos are pimp! Check Airbnb to avoid resort fees, it’s very affordable.
Bleeda Jr napping hard. I’m gonna have to hit the MGM poker room for a quick hit and run before dinner.
Benny’s House meetup Thursday night anybody? Friday 4:30pm is the pep rally at Virgin Hotel and I think the free concert is 8pm downtown.
Bleed it!

Arriving 11:30AM on Friday and staying at the Excalibur (hopefully within walking distance of Allegiant). Hoping to hit Fremont Street Friday night since I've never been there. Departing Sunday morning at 6AM - could be an all nighter celebrating the victory !!!

Was planning on leaving tomorrow... then I started caughing Monday and tested positive for the Vid. My own fault for stopping wearing masks at the grocery store a few months back. It's the only time I'm around people. Oh well. Damn. ☹️

It's the only time I'm around people. Oh well. You know, according to CDC, you're OK for Friday and Saturday if you wear a mask. Depends on who and what you read and how you interpret it. From their website and how I interpreting it, 5 days of isolation after a symptoms began and a positive test, after 5 days of isolation you are good to travel masked . Testing and symptom day is considered day 0 from what I read on their site, so for me the count starts on Tuesday and you’re within guidelines to travel on Sunday. The doctor I saw yesterday said the same thing. www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/isolation.htmlEither way, flights are limited and spendy now if I were to try and reschedule for a day or two later, and if I’m not feeling substantially better by tomorrow Vegas will be no fun. If I weren’t distancing from my wife, who doesn’t have it yet, I’d be tempted to load up the car and go and hope I arrive feeling well. As it stands now, after some change fees and credit towards future travel it’s not a total loss, cancel or reschedule within 24 hours and it’s a bigger hit. It’s a judgment call, but as I read it, I’m following CDC guidelines. Now that I’ve got it, my hope is not to spread it to others. I’ll likely feel fine in a couple days, fingers crossed, I’ve had plenty of colds and allergies where I feel worse, but I actually know a couple guys (in their 30s and 40s, much younger than I) who’ve spent weeks up at OHSU on a respirator earlier this year and are dealing with long haul issues now. I’m hoping not to subject others to that risk.

It wasn't a bad case but after I tested positive and my wife did not, I said we need to sleep in separate beds until I was better. She said no way. Anyway, she never did catch it. I don't know how but you may be less contagious than you think.

Apparently the 2 days prior to symptoms and the next few days are the highest transmission days. We're mostly distancing til the game at least, If I've still got symptoms then it may drag out longer. I'll probably wear a mask around the house til next Thursday to meet than 10 day thing. Her job is such that even those she's remote, if she even takes one day off for feeling crappy it often makes her next 2-3 days more difficult, so we try to keep her healthy. The trip was going to cause a back log, but she'd planned for it and it fell at the exact right time to take a 4 day weekend, that can't always happen, especially if not planned for.
