Our top 3 distance runners ran the 3000m in Boston this weekend with Kaylee and Grace posting record times. When the whole team is together, I'm thinking there will be a lot of records set this year in both indoor and outdoor venues.

I'm currently watching a documentary on beavers.
It's the best dam show I have ever seen.
