PVAMU had a game against WSU a week ago and lost by 28. Beavers led today in rebounding by 23. WSU only led Prairie View by 5 in rebounds. I'm thinking about that because next Friday (11/25) the Beav front court gets its first real test. Iowa 5th year senior Monica Czinano (6'3" C/F) is very good as a rebounder and exceptional in regard to FG%. Hopefully, in the upcoming tournament (which is designed in part to "honor Phil Knight's impact on the game"), Raegan Beers and Jelena Mitrovic will hold their own against Czinano. With the two of them, at least the team has 10 fouls to use. Beers has had as many double figure games in rebounds this year as Czinano did in all of last season. But the rest of the Iowa team pounds the boards and that is where the Beav's will get into trouble. If Clark can play this will be a real test to see how the Beav's posts can defend against one of the best scorers in college ball.

If I saw it correctly, Beavers outscored all other NCAA teams today with 100pts.

Thanks for sharing. It was a little weird how they updated the article. I hope Timea plays soon. Her and Bendu will definitely give the team and improved look. I thought Bendu looked good in her debut. Her skills and experience really help this team, and her attitude and leadership are great for the young players. We're all waiting to see what Timea adds.
