I noticed in the official release that she was 12th coach in 46 seasons; less than 4 seasons per coach. That's a lot of turnover.
Also, they mentioned nothing about her ability as a recruiter. That's at least as important as x's and o's these days.

That's at least as important as x's and o's these days. Pitt just went to the NCAA Final Four. That takes good players. I suspect she played a part in recruiting her fair share of them. We actually have not had a lot of turnover in VB coaches, once it became an NCAA/Pac-10-12 sport. Taras coached for 11 years, and Barnard for seven, Nancy Somera for six and Jeff Mozzochi for six. So we've had four coaches in the last 30 years.
