Not sure exactly what else to say
After claiming Silver at worlds in 2017 and 2019.
One more individual final to go, floor exercise tomorrow morning (4th place going in). Regardless of how that turns out, I hope she gets a big welcome home when she returns to Corvallis.

One more thing. So much for the old saw that moving into NCAA gymnastics from elite constitutes a soft “retirement” from international level competition.

Here is the competition. As called on the BBC
Jade makes it look like a simple equation. Do the most difficult vaults of anyone in the competition (aka "the world") and then hit them. Simple.

Jade completes her championship on the podium with a tie for 3rd/Bronze. Moving up from 4th after qualification.
Her WC scorecard:
GOLD - Team GOLD - Vault BRONZE (t) - Floor 6th - All-Around
Well done Jade. Can’t wait to see you back home in Gill.
UK FX champ definitely benefits from home crowd influence on the judges. Her routine was not as difficult or as clean as Jade’s.

And one last thing. Pac-12 goes 1-2 at WC in Vault 1 Jade Carey Oregon State 2 Jordan Chiles UCLA And 2-3 in FX. While we’re at it, add in Stanford’s Brody Malone with Gold on High Bar on the Men’s side. Pretty good WC meet for the Pac-12.
