McKenzie Weinert scored both goals for UW. She played four years for us, graduated, and then went to UW and is in her second year there, thanks to the covid eligibility season. She's a sixth-year player.
Again, it's water under the bridge, but that extra year of eligibility for covid was bogus, for many sports. Unlike baseball and softball and some other sports, we played 15 soccer games in 2020 (actually spring 2021). Nothing was taken away from anyone in that sport.
