The reservation info was emailed out at 7:15 this evening. Don't know whether it was just sent to Rebounders or how they do that. The date is October 27th; cost is $75 per person.

For those of you attending - maybe you can bring a tidbit or two back here to share. Thanks in advance.

The dinner was very good (the program, not the food, which was mediocre and not hot). They had a Q&A session with each of the players, which they hadn't done before. They came across very well and seemed genuinely happy to be here. AJ was asked what it was like taking the floor at Gill the first time, and she was raving about it. Ended her response by saying, "I don't know why anybody would ever want to leave here." That was very, very good to hear.
If you think Jelena looks slimmer in pictures you've seen, wait until you see her in person. One of the other girls (Lily?) said something like when basketball is over for her, she could be a model. And that's not too far off the mark.
Times said her first Oregon State game was when she was 13 and we played Stanford in front of 9,603. She told her mother maybe I can come here one day. Bendu said she came to tons of our games when she was a kid.
It was a good atmosphere and all the players seem to think we've got tons of talent. A good prelude to the season.

Correction: They have done a Q&A before. It's just that Scott did it this time instead of Ron Callen. There were some great questions.

One of the coaches I spoke with was very high on Martha P. Also confirmed OSU WBB recruiting has refocused on the PNW as a priority.
