Not the greatest quality and sometimes difficult to figure out which one is Gavin, but some highlights. From what I could tell, he’s pretty athletic and can handle the ball. Also pretty dang skinny. Certainly looks to be a very nice get for the Beavers.

Certainly looks to be a very nice get for the Beavers. Wow! gets up and down the court with ease and is smooove.. Kids got some easy springs too, pretty athletic, didn't show much for midrange or long distance shooting, so we'll see. Skinny as a rail but he's young so that will improve. So was Mel C., and Mel wasn't close to being that athletic. wonder if he has a hook shot? |

Certainly looks to be a very nice get for the Beavers. Nice hands, nice feet, soft touch, can bring the ball down the court, and good vision. There's a lot to like about this guy. PT his freshman year is in the cards. |

There are possibly 10 people on this board that are less qualified than me to review a high school recruit. But, wow! He dunks like a skinny Drew E. and dribbles very well. If he's got any sort of jump shot and/or post moves the sky is high for him.

I'm really puzzled how a 6'11 kid that moves like wasn't recruited by everybody. This kid is literally in Gonzaga, WSU and EWU's backyard, and none offered AFAIK. I don't care why they didn't, I'm looking forward to their regret stories.

I'd take him as a project if nothing else. How many bigs are going to out run thus kid or are quicker off their feet? Dam few... |

I meant more the ability to run the floor and handle the ball at near 7 feet tall like Durant crossed with the small PNW town work ethic of a Brian Jackson, but yeah sure go ahead and go negative if you want. Marrs may not end up being as good as Brian Jackson and he's certainly not Kevin Durant, but the agility at his height and ability to space the floor make him a very interesting prospect. |
